Over her 9 year of post-call career, Ore-Oluwa has garnered experience in banking, civil litigation, corporate /commercial law and company secretarial practice. She focuses on taking care of the company secretarial concerns of Adcax's clients. Ore-Oluwa is actively involved in advising companies on statutory and regulatory compliance.
Ore-Oluwa an associate counsel of Adcax, which is presently Company Secretary to several companies, coordinates some of Adcax’s company secretarial assignments such as the convening of board and general meetings, maintenance of registers, issuance of share certificates and filing notices of all changes in the companies’ corporate details with the Corporate Affairs Commission (the “CAC”). Ore-Oluwa is responsible for following-up on updating Adcax and its’ affiliates’ records with the CAC and also renewal of its’ membership with the Lagos Chambers of Commerce & Industries. She ensures that the relevant corporate governance requirements for the different sectors in Nigeria are taken into consideration in the course of attending to all assignments.
Ore-Oluwa has coordinated the preparation of establishment proposals for several companies incorporated in Nigeria by foreign entities/individuals. This entails providing a step by step guide on the requirements for fully setting up a company in Nigeria inclusive of all requisite post-incorporation registrations.
Having graduated from the University of Olabisi Onabanjo University in 2005, Ore-Oluwa was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.
She is also a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators of Nigeria
