Adeleke Alao is a Senior Counsel in the Energy & Project Finance Practice Group of the firm and is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
EXPERIENCE
Adeleke has garnered experience in advising on divestment of interests and establishment and management of direct and portfolio investments in Nigeria, conducting due diligence and the provision of solutions-based legal opinions for indigenous and international businesses on their participation in and divestment from the upstream, midstream and downstream sub-sectors of the Nigeria’s petroleum industry.
HOBBIES
Adeleke enjoys watching football, playing riddle-based games and writing.
Having graduated from Babcock University in 2012, Adeleke was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2013 with a first class honours grade.
He is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a student member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
