Since joining the Firm in 2012, Kikelola has been involved in a wide range of intellectual property, corporate restructuring, corporate finance matters and media, sports and entertainment. Specifically, she provides advice to the Firm’s clients in diverse areas of Intellectual Property Law including patent, trademark, industrial designs and copyright matters. She advises clients on the exclusivity of brands including trademark registration, protection and enforcement of trademarks on behalf of clients.
Kikelola has also participated in acquisitions, equity investments as well as restructuring of businesses.
Having graduated from the University of Manchester in 2009, Kikelola obtained an LL.M degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Manchester. She was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2012.
She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Intellectual Property Law Association of Nigerian (IPLAN).
