Rogba is a Senior Counsel in the Energy & Project Finance Practice Group of the firm and is based in Lagos.
Rogba’s focus is on the energy sector. Since joining the firm in 2014 he has quickly garnered a wealth of experience in various areas of energy law and practice with an emphasis on oil and gas matters. Rogba has been involved in the provision of advice to indigenous and international clientele in relation to acquisition and divestment of assets and interests in power, mining and oil and gas.
In advising clients Rogba has also been involved in due diligence exercises, review and negotiation of contracts and the provision of assertive solutions, clarifications and legal opinions to various business.
Rogba is an avid sports fan, a novelist and a voracious reader.
Having graduated from the University of Hull in 2011, Rogba proceeded to BPP Law School, Holborn London where he completed the Legal Practice Course in 2012. He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2014.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law (NBA-SBL) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Nigeria.
