Oyin possesses varied expertise in commercial, energy and project finance matters and has provided advice on complex multijurisdictional matters including the acquisition and disposal of petroleum assets, foreign investment laws, taxation, data protection and corporate establishments. She also advices on a range of general business compliance and commercial matters including advice on the Nigerian legal regime surrounding cloud computing, intellectual property, data web services and other aspects of technology law.

Oyin obtained her LLB from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2015.
Oyin serves on the executive council of the Nigerian Bar Association (Section on Business Law) Information and Communication Technology Committee and is a member of the Global Women Petroleum & Energy Group Club
