Olatokunbo is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of the Firm and is based in Lagos.
Since joining the Firm, Olatokunbo has quickly gained experience in a wide range of commercial transactions particularly corporate restructuring, corporate acquisitions and divestments, transactional advisory regulatory compliance and company secretarial matters.
Additionally, Olatokunbo has carved a niche for herself as an expert in media, sports and entertainment law in a short period of time. She regularly advises the firm’s high-profile clients in the entertainment industry on various matters ranging from business advisory, preparation and review of contracts, tax matters and regulatory compliance.
She also serves in the tax unit of the group and has been involved in the provision of tax advice to indigenous and international clientele.
Olatokunbo is an avid music lover who enjoys making music, singing and dancing. She is a voracious reader and loves meeting and engaging new people. In her spare time, she volunteers with a number of charitable organizations to give back to the society.
Olatokunbo graduated from the University of Ibadan in 2013 and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2014.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
Olatokunbo has written on a number of issues on entertainment law and was published in the THISDAY Newspaper.
