Michael Akinleye is a Senior Counsel in the firm’s Litigation and Shipping department where he plays significant roles in the firm’s core areas of practice.
Michael has a vast experience in litigation across different fields, businesses and sectors of the economy. He regularly handles litigation arising from commercial transactions and agreements, intellectual property rights (Trade marks, Designs and Patents), labour and employment disputes and disputes relating to constitutional and statutory interpretation at trial and all appellate courts in Nigeria. Combined with his experience in litigation, Michael advises clients on a wide range of commercial, business and statutory matters.
