BUSINESS CONTINUITY UPDATE

20.03.2020
COVID-19 , ACAS-LAW, BCU

Following the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been monitoring the unfolding situation closely, while being proactive. Although the incidence rate as currently reported in Nigeria is minimal, we are still taking all necessary precautions to keep our staff, clients, vendors and all visitors to our offices safe. Consequently, our staff will be working remotely from Monday, 23 March.

Our Business Continuity Plan has been activated and it ensures exposure mitigation together with continued effective client service. We have deployed the requisite infrastructure that will enable us to work remotely and our meetings will be conducted online or via teleconferencing. We remain available to respond to you as usual, so please be assured of our ability to continue to render our services to you seamlessly.

We will keep assessing the situation daily and following all the recommendations from the Federal Ministry of Health, the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, World Health Organization and our other local authorities. We wish you and your family good health.

Thank you for your continued support.
