April 1, 2021 – Today, on the 30th anniversary of our firm’s founding we, Adepetun, Caxton-Martins, Agbor & Segun ("ACAS-Law") announce our intention to combine with Dentons. This combination will be the first of its kind in Nigeria, Africa's leading economy, and will mean that we, as Dentons in Nigeria, will have local presence and global reach. For the avoidance of any doubt, while ACAS-Law will become a part of Dentons, and be Dentons in Nigeria, it shall in keeping with the Dentons polycentric culture, remain a fully indigenous Nigerian law firm as required under prevailing regulations governing legal practice in Nigeria, with complete autonomy over its finances, leadership, membership and administration.
